I drove the support vehicle for the Utica marchers Saturday from Verona Beach to Cleveland, and Sunday from Cleveland enroute to Central Square.
On Saturday four walkers carried the March forward. After a few miles we were down to two walkers, and then we re-built back up to four, and a support person. The day was uneventful, with not too much traffic.
Sunday: We began this day with eight Walkers and a support person. We walked through the day onto Central Square UU Church for a pot-luck and conversation. Most interaction was good, although one person in a diner greeted us with hostility. — Dave Grodsky
